At Midwest Says, each item is made-to-order - stitched, printed, or embroidered just for you. This helps reduce waste and keeps things sustainable (very Midwest of us).

Returns & Exchanges

Because everything is made to order, we are not able to accept standard returns. However, we do offer:

  • Exchanges or store credit for size or fit issues
  • Full replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund - no fuss.

Fit / Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? It happens!
We offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Tip: Check our size guide before ordering - our styles are intentionally cozy, so you can size up or down based on your preferred fit.

Final Sale Items

Because each product is made specifically for you, all items are final sale except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment.

Refunds

For approved refunds, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time to process it.
