At Midwest Says, all of our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Estimates (within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 5 - 7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: 2 - 4 business days after production
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, weight, and chosen shipping method.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@midwestsays.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Tracking:
